Free Shipping and Packaging

Below $50 FREE SHIPPING is done by Canada Post with standard service, it is efficient service but it does not have a tracking number and will be beautifully pack in a jewelry pouch inside bubble mailer.

Above $50 Expedited Parcel in Canada , Tracked Packet USA and will be beautifully pack in a Jewelry Box inside bubble mailer.

*Return or Lost packages due to the wrong address provided by the buyer is not our responsibility. Once we received the return, we will refund the amount minus the shipping cost we paid or if the buyer want to resend the package to the correct new address, the buyer should pay the reshipping cost. Lost packages is strictly Not refundable. Please double check your address.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY

-The 7-day return time limit begins the day you receive your package.
-We will give you the return address. To USA customers, the return address on the package is the address of Chitchats a shipping partner in NY, NOT the official return address, I am from Montréal Canada.
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
We will not cover any potential custom and handling fees charged on packages sent to us. (I advise use USPS for US and marked as return to seller outside the package).
-Failure to update return tracking number after 7 days means you are keeping the item and no longer eligible for return / refund.
-MyTreasureGem assumes no responsibility for shipping losses on returned items.

MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES

For the claim of missing packages please note that we are NOT offering a refund. It must be reported to the shipping courrier and asked for incident or ticket number so they can do investigation. After the investigation, IF insurance claim is approved, we can only send a replacement of the missing package or item, NOT a refund.
-If the tracking is marked delivered, and package is missing, please report to your local authorities for stolen packages because it’s a federal offence.
-The responsibility of us as seller will end when the tracking number of the package indicates that it was delivered at the correct address of its destination.
- Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipping date.

REFUND for RETURN ITEMS

-No Return = No Refund

-When returning an item, the customer must ensure that the package reaches its purchased value, insured and pack carefully so that the item is not damaged in the transition. Upon arrival, we will inspect the item to make sure it is in its original condition.

-Items will not be accepted for return if they have been severely damaged or altered in any way or have missing parts.

-We will refund your purchase as soon as the item has been received and approved. In addition, there will be a restocking fee charged equal to the retail rate postage cost set by Canada Post or USPS.

Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidization, caused by the interaction of silver or gold plated jewellery with certain elements such as oxygen or sulphur as well as with certain acids. Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode gold jewellery. Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening, or performing sports activities.

What is Restocking Fee?

A restocking fee is a fee charged to a customer when merchandise is returned for a refund.
- Our restocking fee charged policy is equal to the retail rate postage cost we paid when we send your order.

Christmas / Holidays Shopping

🎄For Christmas and Holidays orders I strongly suggest ordering prior to Dec 1st in order to get your items delivered in time for Christmas.
-Any orders that come through after December 1 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas ,if you would like a refund before it is shipped I would understand and process it for you. After i shipped the item no refund available due to not arriving before Christmas.
